Travel Supermarket are holding a blogging competition, and to enter I need to post pictures featuring the colours Red, Blue, Yellow, Green and White and tag five other bloggers. Clare over at Emmy’s Mummy tagged me, so here goes…

This is one of my favourite pictures of H. She wore a Strawberry Hat and was too cute for words. I love it, and wish her head was small enough it would still fit, or indeed that I’d bought several more in bigger sizes. She loved wearing it too, and her newborn giggle every time she had it on was worth sticking it on her head for that reason.

I loved the reflection of H and Shaun in this sculpture on Exhibition Road near the Natural History Museum on Bank Holiday Monday. There are loads of colours around there, yet only the blue came through and they’re really vivid and stand out.

Daffodils. Too colourful, the sign spring is on the way. Outside St Helier Hospital there’s a patch of them which one day I’ll get a proper photograph of. Until then I can make do with this one from the gardens at Hampton Court.

Taken in Snowdonia, we went on the Porthmadog to Blaenau Ffestiniog Railway and stopped half way at Tan-y-Bwlch. I stayed and played, Shaun, his mum and sister went for a walk in the nature trail. This is the result. Loads of green, and clean air too.

At Portmeirion, the tide was high and H loved the stone boat. This picture was actually taken right before she got her head stuck in the railings, poor thing. She wanted to be the captain of the ship and did actually believe the boat was in the sea for a short while…

I couldn’t help it, I found a photo which featured all the colours, so here’s an additional entry – taken at Dawlish Sands near Exeter in June. I love beach huts, they remind me of the ‘old’ seaside days. I love the colours here, it’s really simple but stands out.

I’m tagging five other bloggers to take part – Hannah at Caterpillar Tales, Tracy at Dreamymummy, Lucy at The Princess Poet’s Life Adventures, Rachel at Exeter Mums and Tessa at Beans Meets London

Quick! The competition closes tomorrow….
