one can of chick peas
one spoonful of peanut butter
lemon juice
sesame oil
olive oil

drain the chick peas and put in the blender. Blend. Add the peanut butter (we have smooth) and blend some more. Add the oils to taste, and also a splash of lemon juice.

The End.

Eat.
