I have my blood test results now. My cholesterol levels are fine, although within that my bad cholesterol is a bit higher than they’d like – I think it’s similar to a previous test I had done, though I think doing WeightWatchers is going to help a lot as they don’t use the bad saturated fats (I think that’s the ones – at the moment I’m confused).

I also still don’t have diabetes which is great! Although a lot of this could be due to my weightloss again and the fact I’m almost back to a regular weight.

Seeing as heart attacks do happen on my dad’s side of the family, I’m going to be looking after myself much more this year – I’m not worried as I’m not at risk, and all being well I won’t be. I’m now reading up on Benecol and other alternatives, so if you’re reading this and know of any good cholesterol lowering things, please let me know as I’m interested!
