I am back to testing for diabetes again. I had this problem with H, and it’s back. No more chocolate, crisps, cakes for me, a healthy lifestyle is the only way forward, alas.

If anyone has any good diabetes/low GI recipes they can recommend, please let me know – ideally ones which take no time to prepare but taste yummy… is there the working mummy low gi cookbook anywhere, or should this be my next unfinished project?
